We stayed 5 nights and were sad to leave. We were welcomed by the owner, Dona Lucy and she explained how to gain access to the property and showed us our room. The room was extremely clean, the bed and linens very comfortable and the room very roomy. Upon return every afternoon or night, we were asked what time we wanted breakfast. We were always offered our choice of eggs. We had bread and a toaster at our table, along with yogurt, juice, tea/coffee, cheese, ham and cereal was available. We hated leaving and felt very much at home with a caring owner that ensured that we were comfortable and at home in her B&B.

Lucy's was one of the most welcoming houses throughout my South American trips. Aside from clean and comfortable bed and towels, spacious room with excellent powerful hot shower, perfect location next to bus depot, the best of all is a nicest, warmest host Lucy. She made me feel like I returned home and made sure I had ample breakfast in the morning before leaving the house, bus tickets or tours in order, and a hot tea before going to sleep. I would never forget how she waited for me till late at night to come back from the trek. In all my history of travelling all over the world, no host cared about their guests as much as Lucy. If I ever go back to Puerto Natales Lucy would be one of the main reasons to do so. Thank you, Lucy, for your hospitality! Tip: book all your activities with Lucy. I had pre-booked mine and still regret it. I should have waited and would have had much better experience.

Casa Lucy offered a great stay, with a generous and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and quite large. Lucy offered us help with anything we needed during our 4 day stay. We were able to walk around town and out to dinner right from our room, through nice neighborhoods. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Puerto Natales.

Fomos muito bem recebidos por Dona Lucy, sempre atenciosa, disposta a atender nossas necessidades. Local limpo, ótima localização, próximo à rodoviária, calefação ok, chuveiro muito bom e cama muito confortável. Café da manhã atendeu minhas expectativas. O diferencial é o atendimento.
