Hotel em condições péssimas: lencol encardido, toalhas asperas e encardidas. A troca das toalhas e lencol ocorre apos 3 dias. Quando chegamos, no quarto havia barata. O lençol nao cabe na cama e solta durante a noite. O piso do corredor era muito velho. Infiltrações no quarto. As fotos nao conferem com o status atual do hotel. O cafe da manhã possui mais moscas do que variedade de comida. O unico ponto positivo e a localização. Tirei fotos, mas infelizmente nao consegui subir na avaliação.

Tudo muito bom com restrições quanto ao ambiente do Café da manhã por ter muitas moscas. Pena não ter serviço de bar e retaurante na área da piscina. Prédio merecendo uma boa manutenção.

Passei uma diaria, o quarto confortável e uma vista linda para o mar, local bem localizado, café da manhã ótimo com variedades, ambiente limpo, piscinas limpas.. atendimento muito bom e prestativo! Atendimento na recepcao bom e vista mar boa, porém com cadeiras velhas. Ar condicionado apenas no quarto, sendo quente nos demais setores como sala e banheiro. Apenas 1 tomada no quarto. Travesseiros e cortinas velhos amarelados, não tinha guarda roupas. Não tinha carregador de malas no Hotel. Fiscal do café da manhã antipatico onde se preocupava apenas em saber o numero do quarto. Interfone do meu quarto não funcionava. Cobram taxa de estacionamento.

A pior experiência em um hotel que já tive

Infelizmente minha estadia foi muito ruim, cheguei dia 31/12 esperando que o hotel teria pelo menos um evento de virada de ano, mais não teve, além do mais não tinha nada no hotel, não tinha serviço de quarto, não tinha serviço de cozinha, somente o café da manhã e só até às 10:00 da manhã, piscina mediana, também sem serviço de bar no hotel, uma água quente pedi pra trazer pra fazer o leite da minha filha na tinha, no segundo dia pedimos para o quarto ser limpo, mais só limparam por que agente teve que pedir novamente, as toalhas não são trocadas diariamente, só de três em três dias, internet muito ruim e teve um queda de energia que não teve mais acesso a internet no hotel. Enfim não recomendo este hotel, não culpo os funcionários que são bem gentis, mais culpo a administração do hotel que não dá maios de assistência ao hóspede 😡

Muito legal

O hotel fica a beira mar e tem boa estrutura. Como fomos no período de réveillon não consegui acessar a internet do hotel. Segundo informação a recepção, o hotel estava lotado e tinha muita gente acessando a rede, por isso não consegui, mas esse serviço deixou a desejar. A tv não funcionou no primeiro dia da hospedagem. No dia seguinte, o técnico resolveu. O café da manhã é bom e farto. A piscina é uma delícia. Tem um acesso para a praia pelo próprio hotel. O estacionamento é pago(já me hospedei antes no Happy Praia Azul e não era cobrado antes). O quarto em que ficamos só tem lençol para se cobrir. Faltou cobertor de verdade. As dependências do hotel são limpas. Ah! Aceita pet. Achei ótimo. 30 reais por dia nós pagamos.
