In my opinion, this should not be a five star hotel. 3 1/2 to 4 stars at best. Pool and gym are very small, gym is extremely hot and air conditioner. Doesn’t work properly. water at the gym was not cold. Rooms are very small for a family of four, game room is also very small with one game only. However, location is great and parking was cheap. Breakfast is also quite good.

Good hotel, but thin walls

Hotel is great, staff super friendly. However the walls are too thin and the guests can be really loud, even beyond midnight, which is particularly annoying when you have a tour starting at 7:00am the next morning

The hotel is very well located near restaurants and shops. Izac at the reception & Emanoel & Eleonor at the breakfast were very attentive & effiecient. I would stay at the Majestic on my next stay

Good business hotel

Good business hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. Little things let it down like the complimentary water and teabags in the room not being replenished. Good underground parking. Some rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

Beautiful hotel, great location but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team, from the cleaners to the managers were very professional and friendly. In particular, we would like to mention the bellhop Alexandre, who was so genuinely helpful and friendly, it really made it feel welcoming returning to the hotel every day.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before but this time I found the hotel is not the same. I think the up keep has declined. my bathroom had some mold in the shower; the sink was not draining freely; the closet door would not stay closed. The worse of all was the WIFI (terrible)

Nice and Warm Reception

Good receptionist but without information exchange. Had to move to another room the next days, which was guaranteed that is not necessary. A lot of urge and sweat at the last min.

We got back to the hotel late at night after a busy day to find our room locked. Staff said I had only booked for 4 nights so they had to lock. I showed my 5 nights reservation and the door was unlocked. Just to find our room that had not been clean. Very stressful situation. We asked for clean towels. Mistakes like this should not happen in a 5 star hotel. Asked for a drink and they had already closed the bar? At 9:00 pm?. Will not stay there again.
