静かな森林の中、のんびり過ごせました。 2食付きでしたが、美味しかったです。特に、朝食は新鮮なお料理を好きなだけ！朝から食べ過ぎてしまいました。室内はシンプルで清潔。ミニキッチンが付いています。また、リビングにたくさんの本とピアノがあり、我が家の様にリラックスできました。

Happy getaway from Tokyo!

A very friendly hotel with 15 rooms only! Good service! Located next to water garden! But local transportation is difficult, only taxi available!

Worth the visit!

Nasushiobara and Art Biotope is a hidden gem just one hour by JR from Tokyo. Perfect for one or two nights stay. Love the water garden so much - actually I sw that from a magazine and decided to visit rightaway. Definitely worth the visit. Everyone is friendly and helpful, miss fuga chan (a lovely Labrador)!

新緑を満喫

一泊二食付きにしました。夕食は牛肉、鴨肉、鰹とそれぞれシンプルで素材を重視した味付けで美味。その上、山菜天ぷらも最高！最後のご飯とお新香がほっこり！ 朝食はブッフェ。屋外のテラスで頂くこともできます。新緑の中、爽やかな朝を満喫しました。持ち込み可なのか、どこかで購入したおにぎりを食べている方もいました。お部屋はミニキッチン付きなので、次回は、料理を楽しみたいと思います。 近くの水庭散歩は、心身共に安らぎ、癒やされました。 お部屋も清潔。お風呂からは森林が望め、自然を満喫できます。 ベッドもフカフカ~！ 切り子体験も楽しみ、充実した休日でした。 スタッフの方々、2匹のわんちゃんありがとうございました。

Gem in the woods

Service was excellent - particularly the extras they provided, such as complimentary tea, amazake, mikan, snow boots. Tried some of the glassware experiences and they were fantastic. The staff really do enough to involve you while giving you a taste of the true thing. They were also very knowledge about the area and were happy to arrange reservations, etc. The hotel itself was quite modern and fun, very interesting compared to the standard fare in the area. Dinner at the hotel was delicious and very reasonably priced for the quality. The water garden was quite lovely, although spring is likely the best season for it.

昨年、惜しまれながらクローズした、二期倶楽部のDNAを継ぐアートリゾート。オーガニックさを大事にしていて、地のモノを活かしたレストランや、ボタニカルアートの水庭も魅力。 ここの中庭で昼からワインを傾けるのが理想な休日

大人のためのホテル

静かな中に洗練された空間があるホテルです、食事も大変美味しく頂きました。 色々な工芸が出来たり、朝の散歩等の企画がありとても良いと思いました。 温泉が無いのがとても残念です。

万人受けはしないけれど一度はお勧め

家族で１泊。コンクリート作りの美術館のような建物に泊まってみたくて宿泊。施設の一部がガラス工房などになっていて、作品作りを体験できました。娘はガラス玉細工がえらく気に入ったようでした。敷地内にある「水庭」は独特な作りで、あいにくの雨でしたが、他では味わえない雰囲気でした。朝晩と摂った食事は、地元の食材を使ったもので、シンプルですが、これはこういうものという感じで食べればおいしかったです。部屋は清潔、シンプル。スタッフは人受けのよい上品な感じの方ばかりのようです。「アート」を標榜するだけのことはあるかも。近場には何の店もなく、wifiは遅いし、豪華な温泉宿とは対極にある宿泊施設で万人受けはしないと思いますが、私は楽しめました。いろいろな催し物があるようなのでそのタイミングや、雪の積もる冬の季節に「水庭」を訪れてみたと思いました。

快適に過ごせました。

最初入り口がどこなのかわからず迷いました。 部屋のインテリアはシンプルなデザインでとても居心地が良かったです。 浴室が寒いと感じましたが、湯をはれば特に問題はありません。 朝食も野菜中心で美味しかったです。

児童館のようでした

ホテルのスタッフの方は少ないながらも感じよく、また掃除も行き届いていましたが、ホテルと思って予約をしてしまったのでラグジュアリー感はゼロでその点についてはがっかりしました。食事は品数が少ないながらもお味はおいしかったです。

今回の滞在について

部屋までwifiが繋がっていなかったのと、ディナー料理が急遽変更され、出てきた時に、結構冷めていたのが残念だった。それ以外は快適に過ごせました (^.^)
