’m shocked by the treatment I received when calling about an issue with this Hilton location. The customer service woman actually hung up on me mid-conversation. As a business owner with over 50 employees in NYC, I understand how difficult customer service can be. I always speak respectfully, knowing the pressures staff face.
While I was calmly explaining my situation, the representative suddenly said, "Do not talk to me that way." I was confused and asked for clarification, but she hung up. When I called back, I was met with the same dismissive attitude.
This experience was completely unacceptable. Hilton should seriously consider retraining their staff on how to communicate professionally and respectfully with guests.
