Ms. Hauxwell, thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us last month. To clarify further you were not charged every day for an early check-in fee. You checked in at 11:30am, 4 1/2 hours before the hotel's standard check-in time of 4pm and paid a one time 50+tax early check-in fee. You also upgraded to a high floor room with downtown view which is what the nightly 40+tax upgrade fee was for and signed the paper acknowledging this upgrade. I'm glad you found the hotel to be nice and clean but this is what you agreed to.
