I stayed in the Conrad hotel for a full weekend on business in the end. It was fabulous. The food, the comfort, the quietness, pool, staff friendliness. Incredible hotel, thank you!

The property is new, clean and beautiful. We did have terrible service at the restaurant, but that is not a reflection of hotel room or staff.

We’ve been coming to Nashville for weekend trips my entire life. Due to the ridiculous over pricing of hotels we haven’t been lately, however we just spent an incredible weekend in the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Nashville. The Conrad was beautiful and the staff exceptional. We will definitely be back and worth every single penny!!!

Beautiful rooms. Very modern and bright with upscale bathroom and products.. super comfy beds. Balcony view was not great. But spacious. 4th floor is flush with rooftop so we asked to be moved higher and it was better. Very walkable to mid town music row. Took Uber downtown it was easy. Vanderbilt about 15 min walk.

Overall it was an OK experience for a 5 star hotel and the amount of money charged. The bathroom door (shower area) could have been better. I don’t think the cleaner scrub the door very well. I’m also a neat freak so this might not bother others but it did for me and mentioned this to the housekeeper but she couldn’t understand English. Water pressure was low. I also requested in room slippers but never received a pair. This is typically a “standard” item for 4 or 5 stars hotels. Every single 5 stars hotel I’ve stayed at would provide the slippers. There was only one bathrobe and there are two of us. Not sure why there was only one and they knew there are 2 adults checking in. The bed was quite comfortable. Additional pillows would have been nice though. I was just tired of asking so I didn’t bring this up to the front desk.

The staff at this hotel are all amazing. From the moment we arrived the hospitality, level of service and kind disposition of all staff was immediately apparent. Assistance on any level when required was provided willingly and efficiently. Liaising with the concierge was super and recommendations made and reservations booked through concierge were fantastic. Shout out to Matthew, Concierge Extraordinaire (whoop whoop!!) The hotel itself is a gorgeous property, relatively new with full amenities centrally located. The rooms are modern and well appointed, super clean, comfortable and our stay was impeccable. Would highly recommend.

Great stay, very well kept. Room was in great condition and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. The walk to all of the music on Broadway was probably 15-20 minutes it was not bad and we figured it was a good way to burn off some of the calories we were drinking.

When we arrive the employees were awesome, but later that night couldn’t contact the desk. I had to go down stairs to get more ice. In the room, it is nice, but found someone’s contact on hallway. which means it’s not getting cleaned regularly. The patio had duck tape around the bottom not sure what it was for but made it seem not maintained properly. The vent in the room has black build up again poor maintenance.

The Conrad is one of the finest luxury hotels in Nashville. They have impeccable service, the dining and bar experience was amazing. In evenings they provide local live music in the bar area. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We will return again for sure.
