The walls were very dirty , things looked poorly clean , I saw 2 roaches and I am sure there were more. There also were gnats around the room as well . I also have pictures of the roaches as well . it was one in the bathroom where my essentials was and I’m pretty sure it crawled on my things and it was also one on the curtain in the room by the bed. Me and my wife had packed up to leave at 2am to leave because of this issue .

The entire 4th floor smelled like mold/ mildew. None of the phones work The hot water will only last for 1 shower The air conditioner made a grinding noise when it was on. Only had ice machine on every other floor

Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Property and room was clean but just seemed outdated and due for som renovation. For example the AC was cool, but not cold and when trying to adjust the temp it kept defaulting back to 72. The toilet was very low to the ground, like maybe 15-20" and was very uncomfortable to use. Furniture was outdated and you could see patchwork throughout the room from years of aging. With that being said we only stayed for one night and got some good well needed rest.

Very thin walls. The desk person argued with me at check in. They shut off the water for 3 hours without prior notice. After that there were long pieces of toilet paper hanging from the ceiling vent. The furniture was old; the desk was actively stripping off the vinyl. The bed was good and so was the breakfast

The staff were extremely rude. Asked for a extra pillow and blanket for my son who was sleeping on a pull out sofa. No sheets or blankets for the sofa. When i tried to call front desk. Room phones did not work. The room TV did not work. Attempted to call front desk with cell phone numerous times. No amswer. So i walked down to front desk and asked for extra blanket and pillow. Clerk scoffs at me. Then asks me why do i need extra. I explained the reasoning and she says...why cant you just share! Absolutely horrible service. Will never use a comfort inn again.
