Breakfast was great the beds were so comfortable the free wi fi is awesome very clean rooms. Pool was clean and felt great in this hot weather. Price was reasonable. We were in Nashville to take my grandson to the childrens hospital. He has to have a kidney transplant. The comfort inn was only a mile away from the hospital. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very deceiving from the outside. They’ve done a good job renovating. They let us use the amenities before our room is ready. When our room is ready and we entered it we were utterly disgusted. The door didn’t fully shut you could see outside. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. The countertops were dirty. I went and bought Clorox wipes, and I went through the whole case cleaning and they were brown. The curtains were falling off the rod and stained. We took the sheet off the one bed and put it over the pillows that had brown stains. we both didn’t want to upset each other as a couple and we didn’t spend much time in the room. I would never ever stay here again. I would not recommend it. It was nice walking distance to Broadway and the main check-in area was very clean. They offered coffee and tea. It was very shocking when we got to our room what we discovered I couldn’t come home fast enough to shower Before I read this review, I contacted the hotel with no answer. Please do not go on their website and look at rooms our room look nothing like any of the pictures

The front door doesn’t shut all the way. Door has been patched where it’s been broke before. Drywall above shower has bad water damage. Dog hair on the floor and floor wet when we came in.

Les alentours sont bruyants mais le reste est parfait pour le prix. La piscine est très bien entretenue et la distance de marche du centre-ville est bien.

We booked several hotels via Expedia for our road trip, but when we arrived at Comfort Inn (our first hotel after a 14 hours flight) they told us our booking was cancelled due to no valid credit card. However, we had no issue with all other hotels we booked via Expedia and had used my card several times same day we arrived. But I heard several times when I was in the lobby they told exactly the same to other tourists who booked via third parties! Normally we should stay 3 nights but all rooms were booked. So we had to book somewhere else for the 1st night and booked immediately with the hotel for 2 nights. So I presume they do no want to work with third parties. So be careful you’re will not be sure to have your booking with this hotel which is very frustrating after a long flight!

I was able to walk to the downtown area. My first time in Nashville so I spent most of my time downtown. The room was very clean and quiet, the staff was very helpful and there was a beautiful pool and the people using it seemed to be enjoying it. I was only there for a few days but my stay was enjoyable

It’s the worse hotel that we stayed in. Very outdated with marks on the walls. Dirty tub. Our room didn’t get cleaned one night and other night floors were not vacuumed. Very noisy as well. It’s looks good on their website but trust me, you don’t want to stay there. Breakfast was gross as well.

Me and my sisters stay here every year for our annual "girls trip" and we have never been disappointed. They have a great very clean pool, a nice breakfast room and friendly staff. I was charged more than expedia quoted me this time so i think i will just book through the comfort inn website from now on but everything else was great.

It was ok, not the newest or best condition. It was loud at night it has outside access to rooms people coming and going all hours of the night. Was woke a few times by shouting/screaming. They had an awesome free breakfast! One of the best food selections I've seen.

Honestly, this place is fairly run down. While it worked for my needs, it reminds me of a place where poor people on vacation in Nashville would stay to save money but still be close enough to downtown to be able to walk it. Kinda tacky, kinda old and not modernized in many years. I'm not a hotel snob so it was fine, but not something to brag about.
