The people at the desk told us if we wanted toothbrush, or other basics, we had to go to the lobby and get it ourselves. The coffee machine in the room did not work properly. ..."

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan
"Second time in this hotel. It was just an overnight stay, but my sister & I really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, free shuttle to/from airport, Lawson inside the hotel, free made in Japan amenities, etc. The hotel was very busy when we arrive, but they still assist me really well."
