"Perfect stop when heading to the airport! The room was large and had two separate bathrooms, which was nice to have for a family of 5. Disappointed that the pool didn’t open until 2 PM and required an additional fee for use, even for guests. The shops in the hotel were cute and had nice souvenir options and having the free shuttle to the airport was very handy."

"The room was clean and quiet and bigger than the typical Tokyo hotel room. There was a variety of breakfast options including yakult and vitamin supplements for those over 18. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The free airport shuttle was very convenient. The hotel was surrounded by a garden and the view from our room was lovely. There is also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor. Overall, highly recommended especially if you need an overnight stay prior to your flight the next day via Narita airport."

"Make sure you include their breakfast buffet when booking your room. It's worth it! Only complaint was lack of any nearby walking distance restaurants/shops. But with their free shuttle we were able to visit a mall and had takeout from there. That shuttle is wonderful as we also took advantage of it to/from Narita airport. Room very clean although some furnishings are looking a little worn. Staff was easy to understand (we're from US) and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Would stay here again, especially for free shuttle availability."

"Standard APA hotel; small but cozy and comfortable. I couldn't find any HDMI plugs on the TV, so I didn't plug in my Switch. Noise level was "pretty low, for the most part." Four elevators ensured I rarely encountered another person until I reached the lobby. I didn't check to see if there was a coin laundry. Dueling Lawson locations (across the courtyard-like area in front of the hotel), when a nearby 7-11 would have been preferable to a 2nd Lawson. Coffee from the area's vending machines (and Lawson) was more expensive than usual, probably on account of the area being tourist-heavy. *Strong point: Three vending machines in the hotel, each with a different selection of drinks, and each with a zero-calorie soda."

"Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful property. Quick free shuttle to/from Airport. Only negative was the buffet breakfast. It was tired looking. Not much variety. Juice ran out and wasn’t replaced. No fresh brewed coffee. Limited choices in comparison to other Hotels we stayed at in Asia. Overall. Very good. "
