Les personnes de la réception très aimables, la maison propre avec une bonne cuisine équipée ; sob propre, we propre, draps propres. 3 petits « ics »: pas de climatisation, matelas très dur et oreillers « vides ». Pour le restant, les 3 jours ont été bien.. très agréable On était 4 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge..

Es gab wider Erwarten bzw. lt. Inserat kein deutschsprachiges Personal, dafür zumindest Englisch. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser 1. Haus war eine einzige Katastrophe. Klein und nicht wirklich praktikabel für vier Personen. Die Bilder in den Inseraten täuschen über den tatsächlichen Zustand vor Ort. Man sollte die Bilder der entsprechenden Buchung zuordnen, damit sich ein realistisches Bild ergibt. Man gab uns zumindest auf unsere Reklamation hin ein größeres Haus - was mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden war. Das nahmen wir jedoch in Kauf, um zumindest die Urlaubszeit genießen zu können. Erschreckend ist vielmehr, dass man fast alles selbst bringen muss. Bettdecken, Kissenlaken, Bettbezüge, Toilettenpapier, Seife uvm. Die Endreinigung haben wir ebenso selbst übernommen, damit keine zusätzlichen Kosten entstehen. Urlaub dient zur Erholung. Aus meiner Sicht gehört dazu ein gewisser Standard, die Reinigung schließe ich mit ein. Trotzdem ist es im Großen und Ganzen schön gewesen. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht. Die Fliegen und Schnaken sind ebenso sehr lästig. Tigermücken sind hier schon etabliert.

I was not expecting to make my own bed or have to strip my own bed . The pics on Hotel.com rather give a false view of the property . It is a holiday camp style and very basic. No soap etc in bathrooms . Staff were lovely but very disappointed, I thought it was a hotel .

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Duidelijke informatie over beleid COVID-19, huisregels en alle bijkomende zaken. Het huisje was zeer schoon en de inventaris compleet. Informatie over de regio ontvangen in een map omdat dit niet in rekken aangeboden mocht worden. Aanvullende informatie die we vroegen werd graag gegeven. Voor ons een regelrechte aanrader.

Non adapté au court séjour

Les logements sont corrects, mais la procédure d'accueil est compliquée, les draps étaient manquants dans le logement et il en manquait encore pour deux personnes même après être allés les réclamer, et ce n'est pas adapté à un accueil à la nuit (pas de produit vaisselle, d'éponge,...)

La villa était plutot sympa par contre il faudrait equipe de clim et ventilo car la nuit insuportable. De plus il n y a que 2 villas équipés de piscine privee alors que sur les photos on dirait que la plupart sont équipées de piscine privée annonce assez trompeur.

Le séjour a été très agréable mais il y a eu quelques bémols liés à la villa (propreté :les coussins étaient jaunis,malododorants, inutilisables car sans protection hormis nos taies, la cuisine n'était pas impeccable (hotte et odeurs de cuisson),toilettes qui fuyaient même si le problème a été pris en charge, nous avons dû faire avec car la pièce défectueuse n'est pas arrivée avant la fin de notre séjour). Dans le même temps ,la résidence est au calme ,très agréable pour ce qui est des espaces extérieurs et très bien située. D'ailleurs notre premier séjour LÀ-BAS, deux ans auparavant, était PARFAIT!

Déçu de mon séjour

Vous allez être déçu !!!!!! On a passé un mauvais séjours car la maison a été très très sale je suis sûr de moi à 100% le ménage n’a pas été effectué. Il y avait des bestioles dans toute la maison ainsi des étoiles D’araignée par tout dans la maison ainsi le toit ,dans les chambres je vais vous envoyer des photos vous aller constaté cela vous même . Franchement l’accueil est juste pas possible il restera juste à nous donner une leçon de morale. Je vous dit cela car j’étais entrain de parler calmement et la directrice s’est énervé seul car j’ai dit la vérité mais elle a pas accepter cela ça veut dire quoi ?????? La directrice n’est pas du tout professionnel. Machine à café ne fonctionne pas très bien il fallait mettre un objet pour faire coulé le café . Il manquait des objets dans la cuisine on avait pas tout . Maison très sale avec des bestioles. Piscine très sale avec des insectes . Le premier jours on avait le droit à des transats Le deuxième jour aussi on avait le droit . Par contre à partir de troisième jours toute à basculé mais on a rien compris pas d’information au sujet de cela . Personne n’a donner suite je voulais savoir qu’est-ce qui se passe mais malheureusement sans réponse . Je trouve cela injuste. Vraiment déçu de notre séjour . Les chaises et la table de jardin très sale . Vraiment faite attention à ce que vous louer . Comme vous j’ai lu les avis sur cette établissement mais j’étais intéressé .

L'équipe est accueillante et souriante, et réactive aux petit soucis technique (sèche serviette réparé dans l'après-midi) Les infrastructure sont sympathiques et à taille humaine. Un petit bémol : quelques petits insectes indésirables (de la campagne ...) ont été trouvés dans les chambres (question de ménage et/ou de traitements contre les rampants ?) Une petite suggestion : comme pour le linge de literie, ne serait-il pas possible de fournir un peu de produits de ménage et éponges et torchons pour les séjours courts, puisque le client doit nettoyer avant son départ ?
