"Excellent stay, and I appreciate the hotel adding in an extra night for our 3 rooms during a busy New Years break. It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Tokyo, but well served with the train and subway lines and having the Ariake Gardens attached directly to the hotel was a nice bonus! We would stay here again."

"If you think the hotel has shuttle pick up, you are wrong. That’s what I thought at first after reading some if some of the review. However, if you know your way and know how to tak mono rail in Japan. This is perfect for you. It’s one stop away from T3. And you don’t have to wait for shuttle either on arrival or departure. Room is clean, and staff is helpful at self check in "

"Rooms and lobby are always spotless. It was nice to see our room to be so full of space, especially when it came to the room to be the cheapest option. And breakfast was amazing, it was plentiful despite crowds. Though, my partner and I find ourselves enjoying the variety of options everyday of our stay here. "

"The hotel was great, good location, spacious and comfy rooms, breakfast menu with great variety and healthy options, staff offer great service. I loved the PJ’s left at night on the bed I wanted to take them home! Great place to stay when I go back to Tokio I’m definitely staying there"
