"It's located on PR-102 with easy access to many places on the West Cost. In the evening the road was pretty noisy with loud music and motorcycle but fortunately not for too long. Raul, the owner, is very dedicated in making his guests stay very pleasant. The kitchenet is OK with very basic amenities. We enjoy our stay and recommend it for anyone who like to be with real people, real Puerto Rican, that's a very good place to stay."

Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies and mosquitoes and cooking made the area smoky cause they have no extractor. AC in bedroons only, kitchen and dinning and living room area hot all time. Smoke detector was broken. Got pictures if interested."

"The property was very accommodating. They provided everything you need for a day at the beach. The were a few little issues like the shower in the hallway, water wasn’t going down and it had a little smell.we had trouble trying to figure out witch lock had the keys to the apartment. They should label all the locks with the apartment numbers to get the keys to get in. Only rooms had ac but besides that it’s a beautiful property and we were there just to sleep because we were out exploring Cabo...
