"I like the hotel overall. My problem was the very smelly shower curtain, it reeked of mildew so badly, before even entering the tiny bathroom one could smell it. Also your plumbing sucked. Every shower the water built up to your ankles, and the sink is also having slow draining issues. My room looked right at the parking lot, but that’s fine, better luck next time, even thought I feel the website could have indicated so. We ate are your restaurant twice, amazing food, service and ambient. Parking was great even though I heard your rooms were all reserved."

"We stayed two nights in the West Wing. Loved the room layout, and sitting out on that balcony reading and enjoying coffee and the view made for a great start to each day. The young lady who helped me with early check in was lovely and helpful, calling me when the room was ready after arranging to have my bag (which was stored) brought up to room before my arrival."

"Overall a great place for a family vacation. In a nice location with the lakefront and pool. Also a path that leads to another public beach. It was my first time staying and I didn’t feel the desk staff helpful on check in - ie just points to the elevator saying my room is on the 2nd floor, said there’s underground parking and you can park anywhere. When I went underground most have reserved spots so I went back for clarification, “anywhere” means one of the few spots that aren’t reserved. Then they were annoyed when I asked how to get to the beach. The rest of the staff were nice and helpful, just the first impression with the young guy at the desk after travelling 9 hours was not very welcoming or helpful. I had a lake view which was amazing. Deck was very large. Room was clean and had a kitchen. Neighbour clearly lived there, their deck was filled with plants and the smell of incense coming from next door was off putting. AC wasn’t working well on the last day so it got incredibly hot and hard to sleep. No windows to open just the doors, but with the bats flying around at night that wasn’t an option. I think the price is a little high for what you get but I would come again just for the proximity to lake and wineries. And the view!"
