"Beautiful Reno "

"Everything was good other than front desk girl heating up food & setting a microwave on fire at 3am setting of fire alarms and disrupting everyone in hotel to go outside and wait for fire trucks to arrive. That's a first for me and hopefully the last. I'm glad it was nothing serious but scary all the same to be woke up in the dark by blaring fire alarms. "

"Customer service was ok, they moved us to the room in front of the elevator and next to some ice machine. I had a dog, so he was on alert all the time. We ended up moving to another room. The first room smelled like dirty laundry and the shower head was broken."

"We had a nice two bedroom unit, which is very convenient when I had a bad cough. Very close to restaurants and within walking distance to the hockey rinks. Very friendly staff member "

"It’s one of my favourite places to stay in Kelowna. It is annoying though having to go all the way over to the other property for check in. "

"Parking was limited. Noise insulation was lacking, someone dropped something on the floor in the room above us and it woke us up in the middle of the night and the noise continued on for a little while but we couldn’t get back to sleep after. The noise in the hallway after the restaurant closed was terrible with loud ppl leaving after drinking there. We were put in a room across from the pool and could hear the echoes constantly but luckily it closed at 10pm. There seems to be many surcharges they add for little things but we declined the little extras The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in a quiet area out of the way."

"Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. "
