The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is amazing. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. The area is conveniently located to the Napoli Centrale train station which means it comes with a noisy and dirty area of Naples. The corridors are echo-y and loud and the rooms are quite bright because the light from the corridor stays on all night. We had a bathroom with the shower open to the toilet so after using the shower, the toilet and floor around the toilet were soaked. We used our daily allotment of towels to soak up the water in order to use the toilet.

Not much to look at from the outside but once you’re inside it’s great! Rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and we ate it on their beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the city. Bar prices are very reasonable and it’s a short walk to the central train station. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

Goede service en jong Engels sprekend personeel waarvan 1 ook heel vloeiend Nederlands sprak. Bij hem kon ik terecht toen ik van een matras last van mijn rug kreeg. Ik kreeg een nieuwe kamer met een veel steviger matras, wat mijn voorkeur heeft! Ook kon hij voor mij minder sterke koffie maken ipv de sterke standaard sterke koffie. Ik was wel verrast dat de omgeving rond centraal station zo druk was, dus veel lawaai maar helaas ook veel daklozen, pijnlijk om te zien en veel mannen op straat hangen. Maar er waren veel winkels in de omgeving en alles was makkelijk bereikbaar met de metro.

Vi hade en toppenvistelse! Fräscht och trevlig personal. Frukosten är utmärkt med ett stort utbud och takterrassen är underbar!!! Läget är också bra med nära till tågstationen. 10 av 10!

Hotellet var placeret i et uroligt område med mange hjemløse migranter, lidt utrygt. Selve hotellet var af godt standard, helt fantastisk morgenmad og med en kæmpe tagterrasse som fyldte hele blokken. Hotellet reklamerer med at de har pool, det er ikke tilfældet. Det bør fjernes

The people make this property (and the views). There are plenty of gluten free options at breakfast and the restaurant is a very nice place to have dinner. The location is perfect, if you want to settle down with your feet up and enjoy the breeze, far away from the town. The town is a 400 staircase, a long walk along a narrow roadway or a very expensive cab ride away.

This is great value for money. Good rooms with quirky but fun decor, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, within walking distance to the train station, close to the metro, good food, excellent service and breakfast. The rooftop patio dining is a plus. If you want a hot tub they have it. This is not luxury but it is comfort. Be prepared to use a small elevator to reach the sixth floor for check in. Our room was on the fourth floor. Other B&Bs share the same building. You will like it.

The location was perfect. The hotel was located on the 6th floor, accessed by a lift. Room was comfortable but toiletries were scarce and there was no teabags/coffee despite there being a kettle and cups. Breakfast was plenty and had a great variety.

Sweet Sleep is a hidden gem! Once you find the entrance and navigate the tiny elevator, you end up in a lovely, safe area atop the busy downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean and have the basics, but it’s the rooftop patio that sets it apart - like a mini resort overlooking the city. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it’s bringing snacks, explaining how the metro works or just making you feel at home. Get a limoncello spritz, chill in the hot tub or eat at the restaurant - it’s all there, while still small enough to feel cozy. Naples can be dizzying, and this place makes sense of it all. Highly recommended.

The property and the staff are great. The breakfast selection is excellent. The surrounding area is not very pleasant but no fault to the hotel. The only thing needed is a shower door or curtain in the bathroom.
