Small superior room & thin walls
The hotel gave me a smaller room than a normal superior room 25 sqm. When I reported this to the front desk immediately after checkin, they said that the room was a superior room which was the basic room type. But I browsed the official website of the hotel, there is a smaller type of room of 20 sqm. I suspected that they gave me this kind of room as a superior room. The wall was thin that you could clearly hear noise from someone in the lift lobby. The door of the room could only be locked when you slammed it hard. That meant you would be affected by someone in your floor closing their doors at night. The hotel offers a pillow list, but when I asked for an ergonomic pillow in the list, they said that they didn’t have it. Everything was disappointing me. Though the hotel is located in a good location, I would not recommend it to anyone else.

破壞心情的飯店
Booking時已完成付款，當天中午到達時，櫃檯人員告知已確認訂房，但房間尚未準備完成，因此我們寄放了行李，晚上7點多回來飯店卻被告知飯店訂房系統錯誤，將我們轉到附近其他的飯店，第一次遇到這種情形，我們也只能接受，讓人不悅。

駅の目の前の立地で、すごく近いのでとても便利だった。エレベーターが沢山あった。ロビーにはソファーが沢山あってお洒落な内装で、待ち時間を過ごせた。 ホテルの近くに有名なスフォッリャテッラのお店と美味しいレストランがあった。 朝食が他のホテルより美味しくて豪華だった。 3人で泊まったのに部屋にカップとグラスが2つしかなくて、受付にもらいに行ったらここにはないからレストランに行けと言われ、レストランに行ったらバーに行けと言われ、バーに行ったら結局レストランに一緒に取りに行くことになり、たらい回しにされ、対応が失礼だなと思った。 夜速やかにレストランを予約してくれて助かったのだが、予定が変わってキャンセルして欲しいと言ったが、承諾してくれたもののレストランに電話してなさそうなのが気になった。 大変便利で広くて快適な滞在が出来たのでまた泊まりたい。

The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent! We had two day-trip excursions (Pompei and Amalfi) and the meeting point was just in front of this hotel which was so convenient. The subway station was also right there and historic sites were only 3 stops away-instead of paying 15 euros for one way trip, we took the subway (1.5 euro one way). We were not concerned about the safety since we took general cautions like in any other big cities. We will stay here again.

Lage top. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sicheres Hotel und feines Essen. Das einzige: sie hatten leider keinen Kleiderbügel. Von einem vier-Sterne-Hotel ist dies zu erwarten. Ansonsten top. Kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

We arrived in Naples by air, followed the signs to the Alibus and paid our 5euro fares. One stop, 10 minutes later brought us to both the central train station and Starhotels Terminus. We had a deluxe room with a very large, comfortable bed and lots of storage and seating. There is a big bathroom and a sweet balcony overlooking the enclosed courtyard. It was so quiet you’d swear we were alone in the hotel. They have a pillow menu! You can request the perfect pillow from the desk. What a marvellous idea. I read a lot of online reviews about the area. We’re from Vancouver, Canada and it’s no different from the Main Street station. There are so many people here because of the train station so we felt safe. We were just passing through Naples. If you are looking for a longer stay check out the connecting city buses because this would be a nice hotel for a longer stay.

The staff is helpful. If you are doing anything other than taking the train it would be best to avoid the hotel as the surrounding area is unsafe. The only way to enter the hotel besides walking from the curb is the underground car park. No one is available to help with the bags and the rooms are noisy if facing the street.

Very clean. Literally steps from train station to room. Nice and helpful staff. Restaurants so close, pizza, pastries, groceries. Very nice room and big bed! Room a little warm for me even with air on.

The hotel does not have usb portal for charging, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers. The servers in dining were rude and pretended that they do not speak English until they were aware that I am from the states. To be the very least, they were racist and arrogant.

Rooms were extremely hot. When we called the desk we were told to use the thermostat on the wall...but it didn't work either. Beds were hard as concrete. The food was excellent and the room was spacious and clean if you could stand no working A/C.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay in Starhotel Terminus. It is very convenient for the metro, train and bus are just a few steps away- Girabaldi and Napoli Centrale Station. You can actually take the allibus from the airport and stops right in front of the Hotel. A good assortment of foods on breakfast for a fee(optional). Many Restaurants nearby. Staff are welcoming.
