It was a good choice for one night before boarding a cruise in Naples. Staff was great, room was basic but clean and comfortable. Reservation was supposed to include breakfast but only a coffee machine and a 20% discount at a downstairs cafe was offered. We are not disappointed but would not recommend it for a longer stay. Rooms are located in different floors of a mixed use building, with an archaic elevator where you have to insert 10 cents to run (they facilitate the coins, that's not an issue but it's weird), no front desk and no staff after 7 pm. Shower was good, and so were mattress and pillows. At the end it was a good value for the money and we felt safe which was a great concern for us in Naples.

Room was clean and beautiful! Property manager was very helpful. Had to put 10 cents in Stone Age elevator every time till 7pm. The elevator was aweful. Be prepared to leave your keys for off site parking and don’t let parking garage incoronato owner over charge you 55.00 Euros for one night stay for parking. Don’t pay anymore than 25 Euros. They see tourist and price doubles!!! Other than that had a great time and loved the hotel cleanliness and shower pressure. Rooms a little loud at night from street traffic.

First trip to Naples - Perfect!

We had an excellent stay at Siliahouse and were very please with our choice. The location is optimal: right in between two Line 1 metro stations and easily accessible by taxi. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom extremely clean. The towels were fluffy and large. You need 10c for the lift for most hours of the day. Luigi was very quick in responding to any queries on Whatsapp. The only thing I would improve is that mugs or large cups for tea should be provided on the table outside the rooms for those who prefer to have tea (an espresso-type machine is available with coffee provided). And a couple of water glasses for the room. Thank you.

The Siliahouse is a wonderful property centrally located to train stations, the Metro and various sites. In comparison to Western standards, the room is an average size and the bathroom is small. Being so centrally located, there is often noise from crowds and street traffic outside. The available amenities were basic and common to other hotels in Naples (no shampoo, conditioner, skin cream). There was no I room safe to keep our passports in. We required a kettle, and it was brought to our room quickly. There was a hairdryer already in the room. There was no iron and we suspect it would be brought to our room as required. An odd feature of this property is that you need to deposit 10cents (Euro) to operate the elevator each time you use it between 7:00am and 7:00pm. While the hotel keeps a dish of coins close to your room to use, I found it inconvenient to remember each time I left and entered the building. Luigi and Dylan (our hosts) were very easy to communicate with and we’re always a phone call away. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Clean, spacious and centrally located.

Good value for money stay at the heart of Naples City centre. Literally a few steps away from Via Toledo and Piazza del Plebiscito. Very clean and spacious rooms.

Room in very concerned condition

Had a very bad experience here. Toilet tank is leaking. All facilities are almost broken. Check out is at 10:30. But the cleaning staff starts to kick me out at 10:00. My first time visited a place where I need to pay 10cents to use the elevator. There is a little kitchen but no kitchenware at all. How can you expect me to buy all plates, pot myself for a short stay. Not recommended

In the middle of the shopping district, it’s a little noisy, but strategically located and completely accessible. Staff is very friendly special thanks to Sophia. One drawback was that it had a single key for the room for two people it kind of restricted us from coming and going. I highly recommend staying there.

Good stay

Had a pleasant stay. There is no reception which means you need to contact the owner a head of arrival. It all went smoothly. The room is modern and even tough the street where the building is isn’t anything special the neighbourhood is one of the least run down in the city. The breakfast was at a cafe close but. You get one drink and one pastry which I would consider to barley be a breakfast.

Luigi was very responsive to our needs. Got in touch with us the day prior to our arrival and provided useful information on how to get to Siliahouse. Nested in a mixed use building, Siliahouse is not advertised outside, but a gentleman was ready to meet us at the entrance and accompany us in our room. Room was very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower very clean and modern. The breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe (coffee and croissant only). Siliahouse is located close to metro and walking distance to main attractions and funicular. The port is 10 minute walk - easy to catch a ferry to Capri. The last day, we were able to leave our luggage with the friendly concierge, and had no issues getting back to the airport. Alibus is perfect (5Euros/person) to and from the airport - a 20-30 minute drive 10 minute walk. Overall, we would recommend this affordable hotel.

Great place to stay in Naples!

Luigi was the best host we had during our trip in Italy. He gave us the best recommendations for lunch and dinner and helped us with our itinerary. The room was very new, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Location was ideal, very short walk to the metro.
