I would say that the property is in the historic area of Naples and its location is good. Its close to some of the landmarks to visit in Naples, restaurants. but the room has no amenities and the bathroom shower and toilet needs a lot of cleaning and sanitizing. although the bedroom itself is spacious.

Great location. Very difficult stairs. Shower entrance is too small— someone a little overweight would not be able to enter the shower. Good place for someone young interested in an exciting location.

Watch out steep stairs as there is no elevator in the building. The owner made this clear while booking but it is worth to mentioned that this place is not for a one with health issues or heavy bags. We ended up climbing up to the highest floor with 4 heavy luggage after giving several breaks and took around 30 minutes to get to the flat after all. The flat should have been cleaned properly as we were not able to use glasses especially wine ones as they were all dirty. The same applies to coaches as they were all in stains. On the other hand, staying in a historical building and experiencing this was amazing. Hope this will guide other visitors and taken as a constructive feedback.

It was an amazing location, right in the heart of Spaccanapoli! I love the sounds of the streets from my window and you can people watch. I arrived earlier than check-in time but the property manager was very helpful in accomodating me and getting me to the exact location (which can be a challenge). The room is very nice and cosy. There isn't daily cleaning available, but it wasn't an issue for me. There were some noise issue from other guests in the middle of the night but overall, an awesome location and great place to stay in Naples!

Napoli trip

The place is well located close to main attractions and centric. The room was enough for three people and we had a good stay. The only pain point is to carry big luggage too many floors as part of our 20 days trip in Italy and guest service could improve.

The historic property was beautiful and had a large roof terrace that was a nice retreat after a long day of walking. It was incredibly quiet for being right in the heart of Naples.

Convenient location, great place to stay!

The check in process is slightly different than what we're used to but the host was communicated VERY well and gave all the information we needed in advance. If we come back we'll stay here!

Perfekt

Enrico är sjukt pedagogisk med en YouTube film hur du ska gå tillväga in till rummet. Läget är perfekt, mitt i Spaccanapoli så du har nära till allt. Jag kommer att komma tillbaka.

Had a great stay at Palazzo Marigliano. Enrico has such a thorough, efficient method of getting information to you, that I had one of the easiest contactless check in experiences I’ve ever had. The room was spacious and quiet and the location is incredible. You can literally walk out of the hotel and straight to some amazing Naples street food. Really enjoyed my stay here and I will be back. Thank you!
