Short break in Napoli

My wife and I had a very good experience staying at this apartment in the National Square. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location was good too and not far from the main central station. A lot of eating places all around to choose from. We will definitely return.

The room was clean and very secure with a good secure door system. The location was not dangerous as per my experience there. Close 12 min. walking distance to train station . The property is located in a traffic circle which is busy but you don't hear it from your room. Yes , there are plenty of local shopping and restaurants all around ( No Gucci or Prada stores ). We were satisfied with our stay.

The room (green one) was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Check-in and check-out was done remotely, with responsive texting. It would have been nice if there was a coffe machine available. I would recommend that information be provided as to the elevator functioning on a working day with a 10 cent coin, otherwise access with luggage could be troublesome.

Ten minute walk from Central train station, about a 20 minute walk into the centre of the old city. This is a newly renovated accommodation with about 6 colour themed rooms with balconies locatedat the National Square. Small elevator available for the 6th floor. Good size with space for luggage and a safe. Shower is nice. Our room (green) faced the main square street, and the cars do use their horns - a lot. There was some noise from the hallway, but nothing that interrupted sleep.

It’s very confusing how to get into the hotel. We specifically let the staff know we were coming at 7:30, and there was no one at the reception desk to even let us in. We had to sneak in the front door and figure out where our accommodation was. When we got inside (which was a miracle in itself) no one picked up the phone to let us know our key code. The lady was rude and unhelpful when she did pick up the phone. We had to call back multiple times to get the key code from the property manager/owner when she told us she would let us know the code ASAP. The room itself was nice when we finally got in, but we would not stay here again due to the poor service.

National square is well located near the train centrale about 10 min walking distance however if you have luggages, good luck crossing streets, sidewalk are dirty with dog*** i didnt have access to the room before 3 even when the room was available, i arrived around 10h30 and it was difficult to reach the management, we got the instruction for check in only 2 hours before 3pm, i would had appreciate to know where to put the luggage, to enter the building, you need 10 cents to take the elevator if it wasnt for a guy in the building lobby i would had to climbed 6 floors with luggage

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B durante il nostro viaggio a Napoli e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’host è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta ad ogni necessità, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. La nostra camera era la quadrupla: bellissima, pulitissima, molto spaziosa e con un letto comodissimo. Si vede che tutto è curato nei dettagli e mantenuto con grande attenzione. La posizione è un altro punto di forza: la zona è tranquilla, sicura e circondata da tantissimi ristoranti e localini raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre, a pochi passi si trovano sia la metro che la stazione del treno, quindi la struttura è perfetta anche per chi vuole muoversi con i mezzi. Insomma, un soggiorno impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto. Torneremo sicuramente perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Neapel! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und schön ausgestattet. Allerdings keine Kaffeemaschine oder Ähnliches. Dafür aber einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Es lief alles reibungslos auch mit dem online Check in. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert! 💙
