The room is clean, very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. It is located very close to the underground transport and the port from where we embarked on a cruise. It was also close to shops and cafes. We would definitely stay there again. The owner communicated with us very well and left us with helpful directions to gain access to the room. Thanks for a great stay!

Nessun preavviso da parte della struttura su come entrare, ho dovuto cecare recapito e chiedere le istruzioni da solo, la struttura ha cercato di fregarmi i soldi della tassa di soggiorno (raddoppiandone l'importo) della quale non ha fatto neanche la ricevuta a 10gg dal soggiorno, prenotato "con colazione" della quale non si e vista neanche l'ombra, tra l'altro vicino alla deserta macchina del ci sono rimasti tovaglioli sporchi di olio del bar vicino. ottima pubblicita....punto a favore e ottima posizione strategica, ma per la prossima volta starei alla larga di questa struttura !

Stanza bella in una zona centrale ma con alcune pecche, mancava l' asciugamano o il tappetino quando si esce dalla doccia letto con lenzuolo singolo frigo non funzionante. Peccato perché manca veramente poco per rendere la stanza perfetta

Sehr gute Unterkunft. jederzeit wieder. beste Lage - Metro Hafen und Altstadt - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. 😊Sehr zuvorkommend der Vermieter, bemüht und gut organisiert. Unterkunft sehr groß und geräumig, hell und freundlich. Einzig ☹️kein Kaffee.

Hôtes très présents et disponible. Nous avons demandé des serviettes de toilettes supplémentaires, nous les avons eu tout de suite après la demande. Cependant, nous avons été prévenu au dernier moment du changement d’adresse. De plus le petit déjeuner était compris dans notre séjour mais nous n’avons eu qu’un seul petit déjeuner sur les deux (soit disant il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner sur la dernière nuit. Cette information nous a été donné que lors de notre départ). La chambre était très propre, mais très bruyante car aucune isolation (nous avions l’impression de dormir à même la rue).

Giusto qualità/prezzo Sul molto beverello - molto vicino alla metro Municipio a piedi Zona tranquilla con sotto 3 bar per la colazione e un mini market sempre aperto ottimo per l'acqua o cose veloci quando si rientra. Stanza ristrutturata da poco. Palazzo molto semplice e nulla di lussuoso, ma va benissimo qualità/prezzo Proprietario super gentile e disponibile, risponde sempre velocissimo Posto consigliato se si sta tutto il giorno in giro a visitare e si rientra solo a dormire Ci sono 2 camere attaccate nello stesso portone quindi nel caso di famiglie o gruppi di amici si possono prenotare entrambi e avere privacy Ci siamo trovati molto bene e comodissimo sul porto x prendere aliscafo x Capri o Isole
