Amazing location, room and staff

Amazing location. Super helpful and friendly staff. Near tonnes of restaurants, clothes shopping and sites. We really got to experience the heart of Naples. Make sure to ask taxi to be dropped off near Galleria Toledo. There is a taxi stand at 5 minute walk. I was surprised by the entrance but my friend told me that is normal for Naples and the security guard was a plus. Very safe. We will be back.

Our windows and the narrow balcony were inside Galleria Umberto. Very unique! Room was small but had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat, on Via Toledo, 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. 11 min walk to the port. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around. They gave us vouchers for a continental breakfast at a cafe in the Galleria. Area was safe. Someone was there to check us in. Make sure you let them know when you will arrive, so that person can be available. The man did not speak English, but used Google Translator. -Entrance is a little tricky. Enter next to/under Zara. Then turn left up 2 steps where there is a security guard. Elevator up, go left, then right, then left again. Entrance is on the right. Look for the signs on the wall. Small reception area. You will receive many keys! Free wifi.

Really loved the property! Admittedly I am a bit biased as it is right in the heart of all the best shopping in Naples and I do loovvee to shop! :) The room was really great. very spacious, had a large bed, plus a couch that I believe pulls out to another bed if needed (we didn't use it as we were only there for 1 night), there was a safe in the room, free coffee/ tea & great water pressure in the shower. It's very naturally bright in the room we had as well which is one of my favorite things! My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!! Mario was prompt and readily available if we needed him, the space was very clean and the balcony overlooks a gorgeous view of the Galleria Umberto I which was built in the late 1800s and is even a World Heritage Site (fun fact)! There's loads of dining and shopping nearby/ walking distance and the free breakfast was a nice added bonus. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here on your trip to Naples!

We loved that the hotel is in the city center, walkable to everything, 1 to 5 min walk to the the main attractions and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Also gelatos near by. The only problem we had was not being able to get in the hotel for almost an hour. :((. We were busy trying to find transportation to the hotel from Naples and the hotel called us to confirm of our arrival time during that chaotic time. So we missed his calls/messages on what’s app when we arrived to airport. Wish they could have messaged a day before to let us know instructions how to get in at check in. We arrived after 5 pm and you have to buzz in but there are many buttons so you have to know which button is the correct one. They did compensated us to a bigger room, which we were happy about bc the smaller room with the bunk beds was small, it didn’t feel like a welcoming room. Don’t purchase the small rooms. But the bigger rooms are nice and great views from the balcony in either rooms. Thank you for a kind and patient customer service. I also read in reviews it was loud at night to sleep but there were no noise at all. Slept peacefully. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

Good location but noisy

We stayed 2 nights with my family in this small hotel. The hotel was in a good location and the host was helpful and nice. But the room had ants on the floor which was not nice, it was difficult to sleep in the hotel because of the noise coming from outside and the breakfast was bad.

This is not a hotel,but a flat converted into units to rent.Taxi can not get to the entrance due to pedestrian zone.It was clean,but had that unpleasant sewer odor coming from the plumbing. Low quality bedding. Location is very good,but not much more beside that. In my opinion,definitely not a place that deserves the rating it has.

This B&B is in the heart of the city. With lots of shopping and sightseeing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Note you need to check it by 8pm. Any check in after that will cost €20 and after 11:00 €30 extra.

GEREMIA, the doorkeeper is a superb addition to Mansion Toledo. He carries the True, Warm Neapolitan Hospitality to all the Guest. Quite and affordable B&B located in an early 20th century building integrated into the Galleria Umberto, iconic landmark in the entireItalian Peninsula. I loved my room with a view with a balcony opening up into the actually Galleria it was like sleeping in a part of the Great Neapolitan History.
