Call the host to clean the room and change towels, she said ok,but didn’t do anything.I called three times still didn’t changed our towels and clean our room.The host didn’t showed up while we lived and didn’t say anything about the breakfast. Really bad lived experience.

It was conveniently located, although the area is not the best. The apartment was clean and access was easy. We could not find the inroom coffee making facilities .

We had a good experience at this place. There is an elevator to get to the floor where you will be staying. The courtyard area looks like it could use some repair/paint on 1/4 of the building but once you get to the place where you will stay it is bright, cheerful and clean. Note - there are a couple of steps down into the area where the bed is located and then a couple of steps to get into the bathroom. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

It is not a Hotel. It is an apartment subdivided into rooms. The neighborhood is dirty and sketchy. No one showed up even the first day. They offered breakfast but the first day we did not have three cards for it. The pictures on Hotels.com don’t show the surroundings because they are horrible. We were afraid of going out at night to search for a restaurant.

Host continually asked for communication on arrival times and wanting pictures of passports sent prior to arrival, which was difficult when we were only able to communicate when we had wifi. We communicated that we would be arriving around 20:30. The building is conviently located, only a few blocks from the train station, but it felt very unsafe walking there at that time of day, and we had to stand outside on the street trying to call the host to let us in the building as there is no keypad for the front first entrance. We never did meet with any host, no one was there by the time we checked out next day at 10:30. The room itself was very clean. Breakfast was a coffee and croissant.

B&B bien placé proche de la station Garibaldi (10min de marche) mais beaucoup de saleté, dechets et sans abris aux alentours de cette station malheureusement. Belle chambre (Amalfi) très propre, spacieuse et bien équipé (TV connectée). Quelques petits défauts cependant cuvette des toilettes mal fixée, volet roulant ne fonctionnait pas heureusement rideau très occultant, pas de possibilité de régler la climatisation également celle ci étant programmés. Petit déjeuner très minimaliste (1 jus OU 1 café/cappuccino + 1 venoisseries par personne) à prendre dans un bar de la rue. Nous n'avons pas vu l'hôte mais personne très réactive sur WhatsApp, femme de ménage qui fait très bien son travail (propreté parfaite) et très sympa.

the room is very clean and modern. the bed is comfy and they clean the room everyday. the cleaner is very friendly also when i met her once.the place is very near to naples central station so it is convenient to travel to the airport and to other nearby towns like pompeii or sorrento. the place is also near to restaurants and food shops and the cafe for breakfast is just in front of the building across the road. will surely stay again if i will be back to naples.

O hotel é na verdade um prédio - que me parece residencial - onde em um andar foi instalado os quartos para hospedagem. O quarto em si era muito bom, bem espaçoso, banheiro limpo e grande, cama bastante aconchegante. Foi fácil de usar o transporte publico, em poucas estações de metrô chegamos ao centro, e a principal estação de trem para outras cidades era bem próximo, o que foi essencial para minha escolha. No geral, adorei a estadia.
