Schönes Zimmer zentral gelegen

Das Zimmer war sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos, sehr zentral gelegen und der Gastgeber Nicola war sehr freundlich. Allein die stark befahrene Strasse war störend und extrem laut weil im Neapel alle ununterbrochen hupen und das auch in der Nacht.

We loved this guesthouse. 1 minute walk from Municipio subway exit. The room is spacious and clean. The staff kept our luggage after check-out. We will choose this place again next time.

Nice place, horrible attitude

I would really like to rate this place higher, because the room was nice, the location convenient and the staff very friendly, at least superficially, so if you are traveling for leisure, you will likely have a nice experience. But I was traveling for professional reason, so I requested an invoice. They promised to provide it.They didn't. As long as I was staying there, they kept promising they will do it, giving excuse that they need a particular stuff member, who wasn't there at the time, but was supposed to do it next day etc. At the check out, they still didn't have it, they promised they'll send it by email asap. They never did. As soon I left, they simply ignored any attempt to contact them. I'm sorry to say that, but such attitude is simply rude and disrespectful, no matter how much the stuff smiles at you otherwise. Shame, because other then that, the stay was perfectly fine.

Overall a good stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area is quite crowded the whole day, so can be somewhat noisy. The main bad thing about the room was that there was no door to the bathroom. It's fine if you're travelling solo, but if you're travelling with someone, you can see the toilet and the shower right from the bed.

Had een super verblijf. Aardige conciërge en host. Ik vond het ideaal dat je je eigen sleutel(s) van de voordeur hebt. Ook prettig dat je als het ware als een bewoner van het appartementencomplex bent. Dat je je ontbijt zelf (elders) moet halen, was voor mij geen probleem. Minpuntje: Als je het bad leeg laat lopen, komt het water uit de afvoer omhoog op de badkamervloer. En dat rook niet zo fris.

Our flight was delayed but the staff were willing to meet us at 1am and help get us into the property. Very much appreciated! The room were very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable!

Mi estadía fue grandiosa la persona que me recibió muy amable y hablaba español, me entregaron inmediatamente la habitación al hacer el Check out me Guardaron mis maletas sin cargo adicional y yo había olvidado mis air pods y la chica me los guardó muy honesto su servicio sin duda volvería lo que sí es que se escucha el ruido de la calle pero en realidad es la culpa del tránsito no del Lugar
