Good stay with good value

The room was clean and in a nice appartment, the location was a bit worse, its right next to the main train station! thats why we booked it. but it wasent safe at dark. Had a messy bar/nightclub downstairs which came with a lot of screaming and fighting. Homeless people around the train station and scetchy area. But the room was clean and had good wifi and aircondition. For the money we paid it had great value!

Large room, great bathroom, comfortable bed, efficient a/c, well-placed sockets,extremely useful kitchen. What was not to like? Perhaps an armchair would have been nice, to read or watch TV especially in winter, and there's enough space for one.

We only stayed one night before leaving for the airport next morning. The apartment is right next to the station and metro, in the middle of Naples, in a typical Neapolitan block, on the 5th floor (accessed by clean lift or stairs). Difficult to find from the outside but it's got a huge, arched, green door, next to Tizzano pizza shop. No front desk so access only by phoning and waiting for staff to arrive (which they did in <5 mins). Outside the streets are a bit grubby (old city centre) but perfectly safe, or as safe as Naples gets. Once inside the first four floors are grand offices with decent decor. The lift was new, smooth, quick and the apartment was spotless with quiet AC. Four individually locked apartments shared a communal kitchen/sitting area (which we didn't use). Our apartment (room 1) had a perfect view towards Vesuvius. Breakfast voucher was provided for free breakfast at cafe a few metres down the road. Bearing in mind location, facilities and cost, this was a great place to stay - though you may not want to base a long stay in Naples from there. But it is perfectly positioned for the station, airport and all the facilities of Naples city. I would definitely stay again. But you MUST remember to WhatsApp the contact number the day before you arrive to let the owner know what time you will arrive or you may be left waiting. We saw this happening to others arriving at other apartments in the city. You just have to plan.

we got there around 9 am, even tought the check in is at noon, none was there to talk to, they claim there is a recepcionist but that person arrives at noon, very difficult to find apartment, is hidding around empty doors, the area is very unsafe, I will not recommend this place

Big room with a view on Vesuvio

Big room with a lovely view on the Vulcano. Not far from the metro station. The breakfast in a close by cafe was perfect. We enjoyed a lot our stay

Property clean and well appointed. Excellent A/C, super comfy mattress and comforter. Very convenient as Train and Metro Stations are within steps, which includes Airport Shuttle bus as well. The only drawback is the coffee shop they use to serve breakfast...it was not good at all.

Property in a very bad area, room was infested with ants. I did not see the call ahead i booked just before getting on my plane to naples and showed up noone wouldnawnser their phones finally the owner walked by and saw us and let us in all blocks surrounding this place is very dangerous at night

This property is literally in the worst area. Anywhere near this train station is disgusting. Homeless everywhere, the actual building looks like it should have been demolished a long time ago. There’s so many stairs with only a one man elevator that literally looked like it was supposed to be out of service a long time ago. It didn’t look safe but it was the only way to bring the bags up unless you wanted to haul it up flights and flights of stairs. The breakfast was a joke, it’s literally blocks away. We tried looking for it but couldn’t find it and the host doesn’t barely speak English to trying to talk to him was useless. The stay is a shared kitchen space with 4 bedrooms in the same apartment all sharing a little kitchenette. The room stunk like mold or mildew but then I finally realized it was coming from the bathroom shower drain. I kept a towel over the drain the whole stay to keep out the fumes with the bathroom window open and the door closed. There’s also supposedly a cleaning lady that comes and cleans but I was robbed of my Louis Vuitton sandals and then the host was no where to be found and wouldn’t answer any calls. I left frustrated, I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Frühstück wurde unten in einem kleinen Cafe angeboten. Check in und check out lief problemlos. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht. Allerdings konnte man nicht sehen wo sich die Unterkunft befindet. Es ist in einem Wohnhaus wo man nur auf einem Klingelschild den Hinweis findet. Gute Lage am Bahnhof mit weiteren Anbindungen. Allerdings ist dieser außen sehr dreckig, nicht absxhrecken lassen.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Verwalter des Appartements. Hatte übersehen, dass ich mich 1 Tag vor Anreise hätte melden müssen. Hatte GsD einen deutschsprachigen Uber-Fahrer, der für mich bei Ankunft am App den Verwalter anrief. Dieser kam innerhalb von 5 Min und es hat alles gut geklappt. Problem war, dass der Verwalter leider kein englisch oder deutsch spricht. Nur italienisch. Ohne den Uber-Fahrer wäre ich aufgeschmissen gewesen. Unterkunft ruhig und sauber. Kleines Frühstück (Teilchen und Kaffee) gegen Voucher in einer Bar ein paar Meter weiter erhältlich. War sehr gut. Gegend um das App. tagsüber okay. Nachts nicht unbedingt. Es liegt genau gegenüber vom Bhf. Ich war alleinreisend und hab mich nach 22 Uhr dort nicht mehr aufgehalten. Andere Ecken der Stadt sind sicher. Bhf geht gar nicht.
