Hotel stay was ok, if unremarkable and perhaps expensive for what it is. Our issue began after check out—we left behind a bag (wholly my own fault), and attempted to arrange its return. I offered to pay for both the cost and the trouble of sending it onward. However the hotel simply stopped responding to my messages. Fearing the item totally lost, I contacted my credit card company to try to make a travel insurance claim. When they reached out to the hotel, the hotel said they had the item, invalidating the claim. However they still don’t respond to my messages. Frustrating communication all around.
