We booked this accommodation as we wanted to be close to the train and bus station. Check in was ok, but we were initially met by a man who just told us to wait in the courtyard. Turns out the man was a security gaurd. It would have been better to have been told this is who would meet us.
The "owner" was pleasant as he explained everything about the room and how to gain entry out of hours etc. The street noise is very loud, but didn't particularly bother us, A.C. unit was good and the noise much reduced by closing the window.
There was a market on the street both days, didn't particularly bother us.
Its not the nicest part of town but again was ok for our stay. Note, there are no wardrobes for hanging space, just a rail above the fridge. Adequate for us.
The breakfast is not served in the apartments but across the road at a cafe owned by the family. Id have opted for no breakfast had I known. Cappuccino to take away was served in a plastic cup with a piece of tinfoil as a lid. We didnt go again.
Last things was the shower. We were drenched first time using it. Water honestly took about 20 mins to warm up to a reasonable heat. Shower drain seemed blocked, shower screen had a gap resulting in the whole floor being flooded. Owner said hed get it looked at after we checked out. We had to mop up the water using the towels, therefor no towels for a quick morshower. They were replaced by the time we got back.
All in all not a place id go back to although the "owner" tried
