Right on one of the busiest areas. Considering noise outside, room was quiet. Owner made many recommendations for site seeing that were all worth it. He spoke English well enough to communicate easily with. When we come back, this is where we are staying.

Nor stroller or wheel chairs friendly

The accommodation was clean, with AC, OK TV set. The shower is getting with fungus due to very interesting finishing. The bed was soft and ok. Overall was good, of not miscommunication and weird reception of us I informed that we will be with a baby and asked about accessibility. But the outside doors are very old with a small whole like for dwarfs, and barely push our stroller through it. Secondly, the elevator is super old. And the owner could tell us that we need 10 euro cents to through to make it operational. I thought that I have stucked there. Also I had the impression that I'm booking two rooms apartment with kitchenette,but there was one bed room , with a couch, no kitchenette.

広くて清潔、親切なホテル。

2人で宿泊。空港からタクシーで15分くらい。外見からは分かりにくいが、中に入って2階の部分がドムスボルボニカ。建物自体は古いけれど、2階は改装されていてきれい。充分な広さで、バスルームも一流ホテルと変わらず新しくて清潔。アメニティなどはない。朝ごはんはブッフェ形式で、種類は多くないけれど不足なく美味しい。オーナー(？)のマッシモは親切でメールにもすぐ返信してくれる。

Zona centralissima. L'interno del B&B tutto nuovo e molto curato, anche se l'esterno del palazzo ci aveva intimorito all'inizio, nello stile di Napoli. Colazione molto buona, letti comodi ed aria condizionata. Decisamente una ottima scelta nel complesso. Nella media il Wi-fi e niente oltre le stanze. Unico neo -anche se nel loro pieno diritto- che abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza di una notte per malattia della figlia e non c'e' stato nessuno sconto.

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni insieme ad un'amica. La posizione e' centralissima e strategica vicina a buona parte dei punti d'interesse. La camera grande, pulitissima e confortevole con un bel bagno privo di bidet, affacciava su un cavedio piuttosto triste ma silenzioso. Unica pecca la colazione...il primo giorno ci e' stato servito un cappuccino freddissimo dal gusto improponibile mentre le brioches e la torta erano del discount....a parte questo l'esperienza nella Domus borbonica e' stata senza dubbio positiva.

Great stay overall!

Location was very easy to find, just three stops on the subway line from the central station. It’s on a main shopping street which is lively and safe at all hours, right in the historic center and walkable to everything. I called the owner Massimo and he met me at the door. Such a great guy, positive, friendly and responsive. My room was the quadruple which had an AC, was clean and spacious. Also had a balcony, only issue is street noise outside but once you close the door no problem.Internet connection was fast and trouble free.Rest of the apartment is tastefully decorated. Breakfast was limited but enough and also included good coffee and friendly help and servlce! Overall I really enjoyed my time in Napoli and my stay at the Donus Borbonica and Massimo definitely had a great part in it, thank you!

In generale il b&b è carino ma la poca serietà del proprietario si denota in un cambio della stanza non richiesto (da un'ampia stanza con divano e letto matrimoniale ad una più piccola con letti singoli attaccati) e di cui non ci ha avvisato e la presenza di un giovane, seppur gentilissimo, ma che parla pochissimo italiano, con il quale non era possibile comunicare.

Sono stata a Napoli 4 giorni ed ho soggiornato presso questa fantastica struttura, camera molto ampia e bella. Massimo il proprietario è stato davvero molto gentile, simpatico ed ospitale. Anche le ragazze che lavorano presso Domus Borbonica sono state gentilissime e disponibili. Posizione fantastica, metropolitana vicina, ma appena usciti dal b&b si è già in pieno centro. Cosa volere di più?
