Todo muy bien, muy amables. Si considero fundamental cambiar el voucher de desayuno, ya que en la cafetería donde lo sirven no son muy amables y no tiene nada de variedad, solo croissants y café o té.

Trop cher pour les prestations.
Top: lit, oreillers, 2nde couette, thé/tisane dans la chambre, insonorisation avec la rue, chambre faite en journée, localisation +++, bon petit dej sur la place du bout de la rue.
Flop: pas de chauffage (ni air, ni au sol comme prévu) même en ayant demandé au personnel, la chambre double supérieure donne dans le lobby aussi très bruyant matin et soir, glace de salle de bain pas nettoyee, et le sol très sommairement, salle de bain vetuste (rouille et moisissures dans la douche), petit déj au bout de la rue (pas annoncé sur le descriptif il me semble).

Muy linda habitación bien ubicada
Muy linda habitación en la zona española, sobre una típica callecita napolitana. Cerca de la calle principal, con lugares donde comer o tomar algo cerca. También a 10 minutos del puerto de ferrys, como del puerto deportivo. Para tener en cuenta, por ser suites (no un hotel), no hay gente en recepción de manera constante. Nos contaron por Wap para organizar el check-in.

Chambre design hyper centre Naples.
Hébergement très bien situé pour être au plus près des restaurants, monuments et shopping.
Les échanges avec Lucio sont rapides et efficaces.
La chambre est très bien équipée et plutôt design. De petites attentions bien agréables: bonbons, chocolats, café et thé à l'accueil.
Le seul inconvénient est la proximité d'une rue assez passante. Les doubles vitrages sont efficaces et Naples est de toutes façons très sonore!

Great location and service.
Great service, great location and has a close by day pay parking. Walkable to all main things and shoppings. The only down thing was the breakfast, were in a nearby caffe, the special menu given was only for a coffee and pastry which also they said they run out but supplied to other paying customers.

Emplacement idéal, à la limite du quartier chic d'un côté et du quartier espagnol très commerçant de l'autre. Accueil très agréable . Déco minimaliste très soignée et de très bon goût .Quelques améliorations pourraient être envisagées: Insonorisation à améliorer au niveau des portes qui laissent apparaître un jour et donc entendre ce qui se passe dans les couloirs ( claquements de portes désagréables) et literie qui grince un peu...

Muito bom!
Hotel bem localizado próximo a Piazza del Plebiscito. Não possui recepção 24 horas e por isso é bom verificar o horário da chegada. Quarto bem confortável. Staff atencioso, por ser lua de mel, nos presenteou com um bouquet. O banheiro é bem pequeno e alaga. Café da manhã é disponibilizado um voucher para uma cafeteria próxima, bem simples mas satisfatório.
