The staff was amazing and building was safe. It's a little loud at night but that wasn't to bad. The first day there was an issue with water in our room and the air wasn't great but overall it was a great location and safe place to stay

Pretty nice room overall, the hot tub did not work for me, and the AC worked but it didn’t cool the room down like most AC’s do. I was still pretty hot. Getting to and from the room was kind of a long process, but the staff were nice and the place was very clean. Overall, i’d recommend this place to other people but it does lack the things in the amenities that I was looking for.

This is a great place to stay and fully experience Naples. The location is great - in the heart of historical center and well maintained. Communication was very good. Michele contacted us a day before to make arrangements for our arrival. The rooms were clean, homey, and had all the amenities we needed. Overall it was perfect for sightseeing, getting around Naples, and immersing yourself in the local culture.

Staff was amazing. Room was small, but comfortable. When we booked the room, we were told breakfast was included at a café next-door. But instead, they gave us packaged snacks and pods for a coffee machine.

Perfect location right in the center but also quietly tucked away up on the roof which has a huge terrace and fantastic views. Room was huge with a private kitchen and bathroom. A little dated but had a nice charm to it. I will deffo stay there again when I come back to Napoli.

Great location. Helpful staff and very clean rooms. One thing I would suggest, is to allow the elevator to go to ground level without the acces key. The reason is that the last day we leave the key in the office and there is no way to take the elevator without the elevator access key. Makes it pretty hard with language to go down 5 floors. 100% recommended this hotel.
