Lovely

Perfect, very clean and quiet in a great location to see Naples. Easy check in and out and lots of little additional extras as well as drinks in the mini fridge. Great stay, would recommend.

Eat, Sleep, and shower

Perfect for an inexpensive stay. Close to great eateries. Don’t expect major chain hotel amenities. It’s a great place to sleep and shower. It’s not meant to hang around in all day. Get out and see Napoli!

Great stay

We had a great stay here, very comfortable room, easy self check-in as we arrived late at night. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Only drawback was a few things were broken, such as a shower door was missing. However, it was fantastic value for money and in a great location, so still highly recommended.

we loved our stay here, but we aren’t very needy/picky. AC was great, beds and bathroom were clean, self check-in let us get in after our late arrival — the only downside was that the wifi did not reach our room (#3), but it worked fine in the common areas.

Hotel is right next to a great pizzeria. The neighborhood is in walking distance of many active places with restaurants and shops. There’s also a small kitchen you can use. Unfortunately our key wasn’t working and the host only speaks Italian and us English so check in was ok with interpreter but when their was an issue it was hard to figure out over the phone. Twice we were stuck out of our room for 10-30 minutes. The TV also didn’t work which was not a huge deal as we were out most the time on adventures. The host was very nice and trustworthy as I left my purse outside the door when trying to get the key to work and he found it and brought it to me immediately with nothing missing. Overall it was an average room with a decent location.

Location is great. Bed and bath comfortable. BUT i did not like not being able to communicate with owner. There is no whats app. Like all the othe places i have stayed. We had a major water leak in our room and noone responded to my emails. Overall its a fancy hostle

I am only writing this after trying to give the property owner and Expedia a chance to fix things with a refund. The room is functional, though the washroom is poorly designed in terms of humidity, pressure, and drainage. Unfortunately, the wifi does not reach the bedroom. More importantly the air conditioning did not work in our room! I messaged the owner about this repeatedly, and after giving me suggestions that did not work (like asking me the empty the A/Cs water collection, they completely stopped replying until after my checkout when they "apologized". It was 40° outside, and I told them I had a young child who was not doing well in the heat and I just needed someone get the A/C to work...they stopped responding. I had to leave at 3am to find an airconditioned place for my daughter. The worst part is that they left me hanging, with no response. I'm not tech savvy, but I'll find a way to upload the screen shots from our conversation so you can see who you're dealing with before you book this place.

Great room and price

It was a great room in a good location. Very affordable. There was an elevator too! Very comfortable! Only issue was the wifi did not work in the room(specifically room 3) and the room did not have good signal either. Also missing the toilet seat. Breakfast place was closed every time we went.

Du får hva du betaler for. Billig overnatting, ok for en natt, men det er rart å kalle noe «bed and breakfast» uten frokost. All kommunikasjon per What’s app, fungerte jo ok, men det var fint å treffe en i resepsjonen da vi dro. Behjelpelig å ringe taxi, ble billigere enn om vi hadde bestilt selv. Pluss for god seng.

The room was in bad shape. The walls had holes and stains all over. This room def had some miles on it. The sofa had crumbs on it and they neglected to clean it. I don’t think they laundry the blankets as it had new stains on them. Seems like they just fold them up after each guest. The hot water was turned off at night in the entire building. The on demand hot water system was powered off and they walked me through turning it on. However, in the morning, the hot water system malfunctioned so no one in the building could shower.

Excelente opção para omcentro antigo de Nápoles

Foi uma estadia de apenas um dia, mas foi muito confortável e fomos muito bem recebidos. Pudemos deixar nossas mochilas no estabelecimento mais cedo, antes do horário e mais tarde, quando vamos, encontramos um quarto muito limpo e confortável. O banheiro era muito bom e limpo também.

Struttura comoda perché a 2 passi da spaccanapoli. Il palazzo è attaccato alla pizzeria la figlia del presidente, all’interno di ztl. Quindi consiglio a chi deve soggiornare di fermarsi prima del ponticello perché si rischia la multa. Nel complesso il beb si presenta bene quindi consigliato. La nostra camera ha qualche cosa da sistemare. Non rispecchia le aspettative di una suite però ha tutte le comodità che servono. Le scale del palazzo sono sporche e anche nei dintorni c’è parecchia spazzatura. Il check in si può fare dopo le 14 e finché non si inviano i documenti le credenziali di accesso non vengono fornite. Colazione non compresa. Consigliato soprattutto per la posizione e per chi vuole girare a piedi.
