"Hotel was clean and tidy, hotel staff were very helpful and humble. Cannot fault the hotel for a basic stay, value for money. Unfortunately, the area outside and around has become a dirty third world country due to immigrants on the streets. Homeless everywhere, human faces on pavements. They have ruined a beautiful historic part of the city."
