Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eriz. Clean throughout and very friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to Charity - super helpful and super polite. The hotel arranged a tour to Meru National Park with Mark Marutek of Marutek Adventures. The tour was fabulous. The only two issues I had was poor internet cover on the 7th floor. Also the breakfast was quite underwhelming. However, I would definitely stay at the hotel again because of the other positives.

Convenient location, easy to find near town but not noisy. Cafe and restaurant staff, view and food excellent. Pillow top bed great. Parking limited but adequate. Great price on Expedia.

Hotel was acceptable and was probably a nicer place at one time. It has gone down and some areas were not that great. However, for the price it was ok.

建物や設備にやや古さを感じますが、部屋は広く、十分なアメニティーが備わっています。唯一の問題点は、最上階のレストランは、注文してから料理が出るまで１時間以上かかります。また、４人前を同時に出そうとしてためか、冷えたピザが出てきました。チェックインの際に料理の予約をするように説明すべきと思います。
