「Few things were super impressive as follows: 1) All the staffs were so helpful, welcoming and always there for us when we needed. 2) If you prefer something that gives you a traditional vibes apart from a concrete high rise building this place is highly recommended. 3) The entire place was neat and clean along with worthy prices. Besides these nothing was found by me which is problematic or annoying. Long story short,I liked staying there.」

「Decent property or a short stay. The dining experience was good. Close to Nuwara Eliya town centre but not walkable. Considering the fact the area is a hill station with cold/colder weather conditions, the room(s) need a better heating setup that can make the visitors feel comfortable inside the room.」

「This os a very warm and sweet hotel just located near the town centre. Everything is just nearby and the the hotel itself is in good vibe. The garden, bar and the common room are a highlight for the hotel. I especially like the fireplace in the common area. Staff are super nice and helpful. Sincerely thanks for the staff who provide great help for the transport information for my onward journey.」

「Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!」

「The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. 」

「This is a unique establishment with 7 rooms. The lobby plus dining room ambiance is fantastic. The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us, esp when my wife got a little sick. The level of service while serving meals or coffee was very professional. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Roos had heated blankets and a room heater. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. We will return.」

「Hotellet er i sin helhed godt til prisen og personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Der var en del musik der støjede fra naboer, hvilket gjorde det svært at falde i søvn, hvilket var et stort minus for hotellet.」

「Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful」

「價格偏貴 房間清潔度一般 但服務员很友善」

「I stayed two nights at the Heritance Tea Factory hotel. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the scenery, it looks just exactly the same as the photo, surrounded by tea plantations with a great with of the mountains from afar. It is a bit of a drive from the town but it was nice to be in somewhere very peaceful and scenic. They have a lovely welcome ritual and tea. The hotel still has the engines from the factory days and they runs every night for 30 mins. It is full of stories in this hotel....

「景色は素晴らしいが、エレベーターがないので不便です。換気が上手くいってないのか、料理の匂いが部屋でも気になりました。」

「Hotel is at a good location near bus station and entrance of Adams Peak. Staffs are friendly and breakfast is so delicious!」

「We stayed just for a night as a stopover drive from arugam bay to Ahungalla. We had the family room which has two bedrooms, one with 2× double bed and the other 1x double bed. Had a fridge/freezer and a living room. No air conditioning but wasn't needed as the weather was already cold in nuwara Eliya. Breakfast included offered western (sausages, toasted bread and eggs)or srilankan food (dosa, sambal, eggs). Offered fruita and juice. Great location very high up on the mountain with a nice view...

「Nice peaceful location with Good views . Staff is very helpful」

「Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. There was no hot water available until I asked them about it. Overall stay was good but I felt pretty cold in the night」
