The staff went out of there way to store my luggage after checking out so I could enjoy the soccer match without any luggage. Thank you. 」

「There was a problem when checking in that could have been resolved if front desk would just give a call to Expedia but instead the man responded in a rude manner, with no intention to help us whatsoever. It was only one person but it ruined the experience. 」
