Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre ville avec proximité des commerces, des parkings (publics et payants) et des centres d'intérêt. Le moins : établissement vieillissant avec un manque d'entretien des infrastructures et une très mauvaise isolation thermique et phonique. L'hôtel est entouré de bars-club de nuit avec des terrasses bruyantes jusqu'à 2h du matin. Même fenêtre fermée. C'est dommage...

Lors de notre arrivée, le réceptionniste s’est montré incapable de nous indiquer le nom du parking situé pourtant à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel. De plus, lorsque nous avons demandé les tarifs, il s’est contenté de nous renvoyer vers une table derrière nous, alors que votre site mentionne clairement un tarif de 5 euros. En tant que réceptionniste, il est essentiel qu’il puisse fournir ce type d’informations de base plutôt que de donner l’impression d’adopter une attitude du style « moins j’en fais, mieux je me porte ».

En plein centre de de Nantes seul la gestion du parking a été une surprise au départ pas agréable, ensuite en marchant cela se gère à condition de ne pas avoir trop de bagages à transporter. L'établissement et son personnel sont très agréables

Pas de climatisation , juste un ventilateur donc en période de canicule c était horrible et quand on ouvre la fenêtre un bruit incessant des gens qui sont dans la rue jusque 2 ou 3 h du matin . Quelqu un à frappé à notre porte à 2h du matin 4 fois sans dire qui il était et nous a bien fait peur et réveiller surtout
