"We had a lovely stay in Kunming. The hotel receptionist was a very kind boy who welcomed us with a smile and despite having a language barrier was able to communicate to us the essentials. The manager was also very helpful who gave us all the important info through WeChat and also helped us find the right bus to the rice terraces for our next step. The hotel itself is very cosy, clean and well maintained. It’s extremely comfortable and central within the pedestrian zone of the town so you can walk around everywhere with ease.
