"The location of the hotel was perfect. You are practically walking distance to the downtown pier. The staff where all very helpful, pleasant, professional and polite. I can tell the hotel was a bit outdated, but they are working on it. Despite all that, none of the less, the rooms are empecably clean!"

"Staff was great, parking check in ect all awesome. Breakfast wasnt so great . Good coffee The walls in our room were sticky and still had sticky tack from someone hanging decorations previously. Carpet beetles EVERYWHERE. Beds and bedding clean. The staff let the kids play and have fun at the pool unlike otherplaces that shushed the kids So very middle of the road "

"No room cleaning unless asked. The front staff were wearing ear buds and not super attentive. Bed was good. Shower leaked all over the floor. Parking very hard to navigate."

"I already sent in the first email that you gave me in regards to our check in. We didn’t actually stay there because as soon as we got into the reception area, there was such a strong chemical smell, which we figured must be some kind of bug repellent because in our room, we found a bug on the bed that looks like a bug bed. The owner agreed it was probably a bug bed and that they haven’t had that problem for about a year. he had no extra rooms available or any other properties so we had to find other accommodations. The bottom ruffles of the pullout couch were very frayed and old. The carpet in the bedroom was very soiled."
