「The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

「Before planning my trip to San Jose. I researched the best hotels in this town and this was the property which had the best reviews. However, there were a fee areas of our bathroom shower that needed attention (i.e., moldy and black caulkng around the shower door). Parking was sufficient and security satisfactory from my recent experience as a Balikbayan. Overall, the property is well maintained with courteous staff.」

「Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere.」
