「We were there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned! We called every day. Gross to not have clean towels and coffee and bed made. Very disappointing considering it was not busy」

「This was not a great travel experience, to say the least! Room was horribly filthy. We upgraded to the jacuzzi suite - The tub had a literal ring of "debris" around it, quite obviously it was not cleaned after the last guests. Questionable stains on the bed frame, carpet and bathroom tile floor (which was blood, I believe). Towel racks in the bathroom were 3/4 out of the wall, barely hanging on.
