「Overall our stay was ordinary the property has amazing views from both the restaurant and the rooms and the staff are really nice. However the property is let down by lacking proper management and the overall confusion with check in and sorting out problems during our stay,we had no hot water for the 3 days and there was no wifi until the last day only due to other guests continuously complaining until rectified.we also felt sorry for staff that got spoken to very rudely by another group of...

Just make sure that you book for your Sipi Falls activities with Moses or any other guide directly advised by Sam (and no any other guide that comes directly to you) in order to make the most out of your visit to Sipi.」

「The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging.」

「This was a complete scam. Although we booked and paid via Hotels.com, when we arrived, they said they had no record of pur booking and insisted that we pay (again) at the desk. DO NOT BOOK!」
