「The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. 」

「The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. 」

「We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. 「Tons of lodging options in Sapa, but this is a great choice for the savvy traveler. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!」

「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere.
