"We had the best stay at Hoang Su Phi Lodge. The location is exquisite with the most amazing views. The room looks exactly like the pictures, with crisp white bedding, new towels and great facilities. The staff is lovely, they cooked us a delicious dinner and tasty pancakes for breakfast. We could not find the staff at the reception. She was sleeping not far from the reception. We called the number on the desk but she declined the call. We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not reply. We had to assume the receptionist was the person sleeping not far from the reception once we saw her.

"Great host; Ali helped me enormously with my self drive loop.
We’ve rented the bikes from him (which were great) and he helped us with all the recommended stops and the dos and donts of the trip.
When we came back he was again super helpful and offered us a room (for free) for us to take a shower, etc. until our transport arrived.
