The entire staff was wonderful to us. They guided us on many instances when we needed directions or simply recommendations for things to do and see. The kitchen staff was also very attentive to our needs. Our special thanks go to the front office manager, Ms Gi. She went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcomed. She is certainly a great asset to the Sheraton organization!

This was an amazing experience, very comfortable, quiet, and a very friendly staff.

Good breakfast

Great hotel..five star in every way. The staff was very kind and helpful in organizing bus tickets to Hanoi for us.

This hotel was gorgeous! Spacious room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely staff, secure parking. Taking one star off because smoking is allowed in the building hallways, and the location was not convenient for getting food.

It’s a very beautiful place

Nice

The staff were very fast at making sure the room was made up and cleaned, they were very helpful with restocking of consumables.

Price was very reasonable. Nice and clean. Very satisfy experience. I would recommend to others.

Everything that you would expect from a new hotel as far as cleanliness main halways and elevators where not air-conditioned staff was very friendly and could speak fairly good English
