「One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and I strongly advise against booking this property.
The hygiene standards are extremely poor and far below acceptable levels. The bathrooms are not only poorly designed but potentially hazardous due to the awkward and unsafe alignment of the sink and toilet seat.
Customer service is shockingly unprofessional and disorganized. I was granted an extra hour after checkout to pack, only for the manager to later call and dismiss the arrangement,...
