Excellent Hotel in Korat
First time to Thailand and was extremely impressed with hotel and service rendered. The hotel itself was excellent and the food at hotel’s restaurants were extremely good. I was booked for two different stays and by end of first was very much looking forward to coming back.

When we booked our room there were no options on the website to choose your room. We had stayed at the Kantary in Bangkok many times and the rooms were large with many options including queen beds and separate living area. When we arrived all they had was a single room with two beds and basically your typical hotel room. When asked if we could have a queen bed they said all they could do is shove the beds together which we ended up doing. I asked why we had no options on the room the receptionist said no because we booked through Expedia.

Room was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was a bit hard. All staff were friendly and efficient. Pool and hot tub were great. Dinner at the Grill was delicious and reasonably priced.

Beautiful property
Easy access from road. Beautiful wide open entrance. A modern well lit building. The lobby is beautiful. Great service at front desk. Easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Big bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable. No coffee or tea in room. Breakfast was awesome. Check was also quotes and easy. I highly recommend this Hotel. I would say this is the best Hotel in central Korat. It would be a difficult choice to stay any where else.

What you pay vs what you get is not worth. Room condition is far from the level of the room charge. Cleanliness of the room should be significantly improved. Floor and sofa are very dusty. However the breakfast is excellent. Staff is very welcoming and provides service with full attentive.

Nice Hotel - top condition
Great hotel, fantastic rooms, and a good price. Good pool and gym. I have stayed her 3 times and always am happy with the hotel. Only issue is the staff in the breakfast restaurant, they are so inattentive and you have to always ask repeatedly for service....this occurs every time I stayed here, so it was not a once only event, they all need to be retrained or replaced.

Kantary magnificent
I love staying at this hotel because of its high standards.This is the best hotel in Korat in my opinion(although I haven’t stayed at a lot of other hotels ...why would I !).We were very pleased with the upgrade we were given as it gave us to 2 televisions and a washing machine.Will be staying there next month.

Korat is not on the list of destinations for those travelling to Thailand for a holiday but for the many men who ho are fortunate to have a Thai wife from Isan it is. I have over a 20 year period stayed in a range of hotels and as my financial situation improved there were only two hotels to consider. Both of the other higher end hotels are at this point old. I tried the Kantary when it first opened and the pool was not available yet for guest's use. The hotel is far and away the nicest place to stay in Korat. Their breakfast buffet is the best in the region too.

Nice, new efficient design
Nice hotel, efficiently designed, although elevator system is a bit confusing. Good restaurant food quality. Will stay here again if/when in Khorat.

Our lifts are arranged with an extra control button for opening and closing the doors so that disabled guests in wheel-chairs have a little more time to get installed and exit the lift.
