Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I am so disappointed by this place I have booked this place for 7 days as it was just next to our family is home. Earlier in the day of the check in I received a message instructing us to call a certain number as there is no reception area, To our surprise as we call the number that was provided to us and we were redirected to another person who was meant to arrange check-in. This person unfortunately told us this place is nonexisting. It has been two years since this place has shut down. I’ve lost almost $600. I am still in the process of trying to dispute the payment. One thing that should’ve been a warning sign was that once you booked the place is non-refundable save yourself a headache and do not book this place. We were left, stranded and have to drive from Hotel to Hotel to find accommodation to stay for the next seven days where I end up spending $800. We stayed at Ridix hotel in Karen near garlariya mall in Kenya this might not be the right spell but it was a pleasure staying there.
