We highly appreciate your feedback which is very important for our great improvement. Receive our sincere apologies for the mosquitoes and cold water,to control mosquitoes,we have installed electric repellent, we fumigate rooms on weekly basis and we also provide nets upon request. We have also installed a better water heating system and hot water is never a problem in our hotel. Thanks so much for your feedback. We have taken note and worked on some upgrades to make sure that we are able to accommodate your important feedback. We have installed AC units in some of the rooms to make sure that the comfort of our guests is not compromised. The hotel is 8km from the airport and 3km away from the city center. Please just talk to any of the Guest Services team at the reception for advice as at times like any other city traffic jam may cause some delays.
