Property is good and it needs to have it's own shuttle bus... instead of using individuals taxis for the safety of their clients.

I couldn't reach even into the property. I followed the address and map given in Expedia apps, I called minimun 15 times to the property while standing at the main gate of huge apartment buildings areas at night around 0030 am. There were lot of buildings and the guard ensured again and again that there is no hotel or day basis renting room in that total housing areas. I had to find out other hotel for short night stay to catch up my flight. Within 15 minutes I described everything to '' Expedia Real time agent'', and requested to contact with the property immediately for full refund. Then I was informed that from Expedia side they have tried to contact with property multiple times but Expedia also couldn't contact with the property. Total incident was at midnight and caused me more than an hour while I was searching for an airport nearby hotel for only 4 hrs sleep. That night it was a hell of experience of total harassment. Now, asking the question 'how was my stay' is another harassment (as already Expedia know total incident).... It indicates your agent didn't update your system that I couldn't reach even what to talk about staying!!!

Well, being that I showed up and there was no 9ne there and no one to get ahold of...I'm not happy. I was tired from traveling and wanted to get some rest. After over an hour of trying to get ahold of someone, I had to leave and book another hotel.
